DiGeronimo PA provides Project Administration and Management Services for the overall project.  Project administration includes consultation, research, conferences, and progress reports.  Our clients’ own work forces occasionally require DiGeronimo PA coordination.  At times, our clients need DiGeronimo PA to further document existing conditions.  An architectural project normally follows a sequence, where one phase requires approval before progressing onto a next step.
