DiGeronimo PA
provides Project Administration and Management Services
for the overall project. Project administration includes consultation, research,
conferences, and progress reports.
Our clients’ own work forces occasionally require
DiGeronimo PA coordination.
At times, our clients need DiGeronimo PA to further
document existing conditions.
An architectural project normally follows a sequence,
where one phase requires approval before progressing onto a next
step.
For
those clients occupying buildings designed by others, DiGeronimo
PA Tenant Related Services provide design and
documentation of space plans, partition layout, furniture
locations and equipment placement.
We provide material and color selection.
We design for the adaptation of existing building systems
to meet tenant needs. We
provide an estimate of construction and furnishings cost.
DiGeronimo
PA can contribute technical information to Leasing Brochures
including providing publication graphics in readable plans,
elevations and renderings.
Projects
inevitably begin with a statement of what the facility or site
is to do, describing the project’s goals, activities to be
accommodated, and any special requirements, which could guide
the design. DiGeronimo
PA Programming Services are a problem seeking process,
one that identifies the problems that the design must solve.

can be simple perspective in black and white or in full color. DiGeronimo PA architects can insert renderings of the project
into a photograph for presentation purposes.
Video prepares explanatory documentaries of the
project. Three-Dimensional
(3-D) Animation animates space and provides a visual walk
through of the design concept.
Model
Construction is sometimes useful to present the
three-dimensional concepts of a project program. Small-scale block models can easily relate the building(s) to
the site. Moderate
scale models can show the detailed design with all finished
building materials and site amenities.
Large-scale models are useful to perceive designated
interior or exterior components.
Interior
Design Documentation during Schematic Design
considers space allocation and functional use plans based on
relationships. We
consider alternate materials, systems, and equipment in our
conceptual designs. In
this service aspect, we develop the concept esthetic that
establishes the look of the space by presenting the types of
finishes and materials we envision to use in the interior.
By

the development of the interior space.
In Contract
Documents, we prepare the drawings, specifications, purchase
orders and other
documents that set the detail for interior construction and for
furniture, furnishings, and equipment for the project.
Furniture
Systems Design is part of a DiGeronimo PA Interiors project.
We design a complete interior, primarily for people
oriented spaces. This includes a coordinated design effort for furniture,
equipment, artwork and graphics.
In essence, all the interior furnishings, materials, and
the finishes related to them.
Part
of the refinement of an interior includes Fine Arts and
Crafts Acquisition Services.
DiGeronimo PA advises the client on preferences for
selection, commissioning, and installation.
Fine arts and crafts mandate sensitive integration into
the overall project design.
We then manage the procurement of the client’s
purchases.
Graphic
Design integrates interior and exterior signage with
identifying visual keys. Material
selection and color coordination begin our documentation process
for the ultimate procurement of graphics works.
We manage the procurement and coordinate delivery and
installation.
Special
Furnishings Design relates to DiGeronimo PA Custom Piece
Designs for functions that can be incorporated into built
construction, and / or for separate, independent members of the
overall interior design scheme.
We create the concept and produce documentation,
including specifications or standards criteria.
We can manage procurement and the coordination of the
installation related to these purchased casework pieces.
Some
equipment and furnishings are not built into the construction of
a project, nor are they special custom design pieces.
DiGeronimo PA Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment
Services establish the client’s needs and criteria for
specifying manufactured components.
We create the requirements, prepare specification lists,
and organize purchasing procedures.
Our management of procurement includes coordination of
delivery and installation.
DiGeronimo
PA provides services for Furniture, Furnishings, and
Equipment Purchasing. We
can purchase such items on behalf of the client with funds
provided by the client. We
also travel to manufactures for the purpose of evaluating
materials, furniture, furnishings, and equipment we propose to
specify for the client’s project.
Furniture,
Furnishings and Equipment Installation Administration
consists of assistance to the client in coordinating schedules
for delivery and installation of the work. DiGeronimo PA reviews final placement and inspection for
damages, quantities, assembly, and function to determine that
furniture, furnishings, and equipment are in accordance with the
requirement of the contract
