Experience Overview:
Ms. DiGeronimo, President of DiGeronimo PA, has over 30 years experience in architecture on a variety of tracks from architect of record to architectural business administration. Ms. DiGeronimo has developed a strength in management for project quality control coupled with an iron hand on schedule and costs. She has steered the firm to effectively provide a higher quality architectural product to the general public, public agencies, and private businesses. The firm’s small business size requires Ms. DiGeronimo’s total personal commitment to each project and to each client. She has dedicated her time to knowing each project intimately thereby ensuring their successful completion.

As Managing Principal, Ms. DiGeronimo is responsible for establishing overall goals and objectives and coordinating implementation plans. In conjunction with other executives, she is responsible for the realization of profits compatible with the best interest of clients and the firm.

Ms. DiGeronimo provides overall guiding leadership for each DiGeronimo PA project in the form of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) management. For the AIA, Ms. DiGeronimo ran programs across the Mainland U.S. and Hawaii to train architects in Quality Management. She participates in continuing education courses specifically in the effective management of design professionals. She received training by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Total Quality Management (TQM) practice and principles and is knowledgeable in ISO 9000 procedures. Ms. DiGeronimo has been extensively involved in the Society of American Military Engineers and in 1995, received their highest honor – the Gold Metal – which is awarded for conspicuous and meritorious service.
