Experience Overview:
As Vice President of DiGeronimo PA, Mr. Louis A. DiGeronimo is responsible for control and direction of architectural production and construction contract administration. His vision is to develop creative solutions to complex building problems using innovative production and construction technology. Mr. DiGeronimo creates a quality built architecture product. On the job site, Mr. DiGeronimo is admired for his ability to solve problems and to adapt to actual or changing conditions

.As Director of Operations, Mr. DiGeronimo is responsible for establishing uniformly high production and quality standards for all design and contract documents. He is thoroughly familiar with the entire Architectural Process and possesses the managerial capability to lead and direct activities of all project team personnel, monitoring technical production on all projects to insure adherence to quality design standards at high productivity.

Mr. DiGeronimo is involved in every DiGeronimo PA project. Typically, he initiates a project and services all client needs through project completion. He is adept at dealing with municipal, county and state agencies having jurisdiction over architectural projects. Mr. DiGeronimo ensures a quality contract drawing and specification package by performing periodic quality control checks with staff. His administration of contract documents during construction includes reviews of shop drawings/submittals, requisitions for payment and change orders.
