DiGeronimo PA provided architectural/engineering services for the Higher Education Capital Improvements Program - College Avenue Campus Group II for the State University of New Jersey at Rutgers in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  As prime consultant, DiGeronimo PA was responsible for architectural design and oversight of all subconsultant engineering work, and construction phase services.  The Program includes six (6) buildings on the college avenue campus of the University. The scope of work included :

Scott Hall
Renovate/replace air handling units and associated coils. Restore electrical system. Remove vinyl asbestos tile in selected areas. Upgrade corridors and HVAC returns for fire safety compliance.
