on a 400-acre site that formerly housed a state mental hospital campus. The DiGeronimo PA concept design was part of a competitive
bidding process to the municipality of Marlboro.
Developers proposals were judged by the State of New Jersey
(previous owner) for selecting a developer who would acquire the 400-acre
site.
The park-like setting is a perfect atmosphere for the new corporate centers to be housed in the existing buildings. Program requirements for the redevelopment also include a hotel, golf course, a club house, dining facilities, as well as other outdoor recreational uses. DiGeronimo PA’s design concept include provision for welcoming
the local community citizens to share facilities uses.
The Marlboro community will have access to the 16-hole golf
course and club house, the 250 room hotel and courts and fields for
tennis, baseball, and soccer fields. The DiGeronimo PA design for a village-like corporate center with community sharing facilities resulted in the successful selection of Infinity Group II, Inc. as developer of the 400-acre site. |
